Nancy Phelan
Nancy is CEO of Innate Biologics. She started her career with Pfizer and moved to Bristol Myers Squibb, becoming Head of World-Wide Commercial Operations. She is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College. She and her husband Robert have raised two children and live in Radnor, PA.
Kevin Scanlon
Kevin has over 25 years’ in management roles in medical devices. Starting with Johnson and Johnson, and then as Director of Surgical Products for PhotMedex, Kevin carries extensive O.R. and Hospital setting experience in OBGYN devices and therapies. Kevin is a graduate of Villanova University. He and his wife have raised their children and live in Narberth, PA.
Charlene Troncelliti
Charlene is Vice President of Fresenius Medical Care and has 30 years’ experience in the medical and healthcare industry. Previously, she was Director of HR for Siemens Medical, and HR Director/Corporate Groups for Quest Diagnostics. She is a graduate of Ursinus College. Charlene and her husband John live in Devon, PA.
Matt Malenfant
Matt is former President of the Americas for VWR Life Sciences in Radnor PA and former CEO of Saxco International. Matt is currently actively supporting client consulting assignments with Malenfant Consulting, Wayne PA. A graduate of Arizona State University, Matt and his wife Terri are established ‘Philadelphians’, have three children and live in Wayne, PA and Avalon, NJ.
