Jack Smith
President
Jack has been President of four companies in technical manufacturing or distribution, including a provider of FDA/GMP approved pharmaceutical and device labeling. He also carries decades of recruiting and executive search experience in management, including search work in gastroenterology devices, manometry, cryo-equipment solutions for renal/prostate cancer, and specialty medical packaging.
A life-long resident of Philadelphia, Jack and his wife Marilou raised four sons and reside in Villanova PA and Avalon NJ.
Kay Dugery, MBA
Director of Recruiting
Kay is an accomplished business professional with her B.S. from the Stern School of Business, New York University, and her MBA from Villanova. Kay has 10 years’ recruiting experience with ADP filling complex and technical assignments in Medical Devices and Bio-Therapy companies. At ADP, Kay recruited for Regulatory Affairs Management, Quality System Executives, Sr. Scientists and other key positions. She is full cycle Director of Recruiting at PHR and dedicated to improving medical science and results. She and her husband live in Haverford and are raising three children.
Tom Glancey
Controller
Tom is a life-long Philadelphia resident, with 35 years’ experience as CFO or owner of several Executive Search / Staffing firms. Tom has operation and financial experience in retained search, contingency, contract staff to permanent models. As President of Eagle Technical Staffers, he worked with Philadelphia area medical facilities and pharmaceutical operations. Tom and Jack Smith have worked together on several technical and recruiting operations.
Tom is a graduate of St. Joes Prep and Villanova University.
